Hymers College: William Wilberforce

These paintings were created by Year 6 students at Hymers College in Hull as part of an interdisciplinary project researching William Wilberforce. After learning about WIlberforce's life, students researched the wallpaper and clothing of the time to complete their own painting.

Freedom Festival, Hull, 3 September 2016 

Hull Students from St Mary's College, Hymers College and Sirius Academy North brought the Stolen Lives songs to life on the Freedom Festival stage. The Speak Out Tent was packed with an eager audience. See the video and photographs below.
